Our history begins in the mid-90s, when six of the seven current W&P partners met while working in auditing.

Throughout almost a decade providing services to companies in various industries (manufacturing, sales, finance, service providers), our partners were able to, each in their own area of expertise (auditing, accounting and tax consulting, litigation, accounting outsourcing, and forensic accounting) experience a wide variety of situations and acquire knowledge that now enables us to have what we call a "combination of talents".

In early 2002, partners Alisson Giscard Terra Lucas, Leandro Manganelli Manica and Rogério Colao established Personale Consultores Associados, with the goal of offering companies customized services in Tax Consulting and Auditing projects. The following year, partners Wilson Riber Hamilton Danta, Flaviano Carvalho Dalla Porta and Lucas Silva de Almeida established W Danta & Consultores Associados, which provided accounting outsourcing, internal auditing, forensic accounting and accounting consulting services.

During the period in which both companies coexisted, we noticed that our clients sought to centralize a single service provider to meet their demands for each area (accounting, tax, etc.). Thus, on July 7, 2008, W&P Consultores was born, with the goal of expanding the service portfolio offered by both offices as the two companies were integrated into a single structure, thus ensuring greater synergy.

Demands for adjustments to accounting statements due to recent updates to the Brazilian law which regulates LLCs led the company to seek professionals with the experience and knowledge needed for the segment. This made W&P Consultores add partner Roberto Zeller Branchi to the fold, thus also qualifying W&P with his specialization in Independent Auditing of Open Capital companies, Insurance companies, and Financial Institutions in general.

With this team, W&P Consultores believes it has the right "set of solutions" to meet all our clients' accounting and tax needs.
